Clothes need two cycles to dry
Almost always a restricted dryer vent, not a failing dryer. Start with dryer vent cleaning. If the run is long or turns several times, that is usually why it came back within a year.

Dust settles again a day after cleaning
That points at the supply side of the duct system rather than the house itself. Air duct cleaning is the right first move, and a better filter afterwards keeps it from reloading.

A musty smell when the system kicks on
Usually moisture at the coil, not dirt in the ducts. Cleaning comes first; deodorizing and sanitizing is what you add afterwards if the smell survives. We will tell you if you do not need it.

The smell comes back every summer
That is a recurring biological problem at the coil. A coil-mounted UV-C lamp works on it continuously between cleanings. It does not replace a cleaning, and we will not sell it as though it does.
